Celebrate the Season

Donate a new, unwrapped toy for our the United States Marine Corp Local Toys for Tots Program the week of December 6th thru December 10th

During the week of December 13th thru the 17th, we will celebrate Fill the Bucket Week at LES by filling our bucket with canned goods or other non-perishable items for our local Louisville Community Cupboard. Our goal will be to bring in over 935 items over the course of the week to match the number of students in our building.

On Monday, December 13th, students and staff can wear their favorite Christmas socks or special socks to school as we “Fill Our Stockings and Buckets at LES to Celebrate the Spirit of Giving!”

On Tuesday, December 14th, we will wear our favorite Christmas sweaters or holiday shirts as we Warm up to the holidays to remind each other how warm and caring we try to be at LES.

On Wednesday, December 15th, we will “Tip Our Hats” to those who make a difference in our community as we wear our favorite holiday hats!”

On Thursday, December 16th, students and staff can wear their pajamas or other comfy clothes to school as we hop aboard our very own “Polar Express Train of Caring and celebrate Polar Express Day at LES.”

On Friday, December 17th, students and staff will wear their Christmas colors of Red and Green.
