Louisville City Schools provide Inter-District Open Enrollment for students residing within the school district and for students from other school districts according to Board Policy 5113 and 5113.01.
Each year, the Louisville Board of Education carefully reviews and examines the Open Enrollment of students within our schools and from other districts. The Board sets limits on Open Enrollment to ensure the district does not exceed acceptable classroom ratios for students and teachers. In some cases, grade levels and buildings may be closed to new open enrollment students due to limits on class size.
Inter-District Open Enrollment allows students from other Ohio school districts to be educated in Louisville City Schools. The deadline for requests is June 11, 2020.
