Thank you

Activities funded through a generous contribution from the GPD Employees’ Foundation Grant and Walmart Grant.

Reading Under the Lights

This incredible night brought numerous community partners together to celebrate the power of literacy! There were multiple activities, along with a free book table, fresh apple cider (from Varion Orchards), and lots of opportunities for the entire family to join in the literacy fun! Dinner was provided, so it could be a stress-free night!

Parent Cafe

Tyler Smith, Director of SPARCC spoke to families about great ways to protect their child from Internet scams. He also shared best practices for screen/app boundaries, as well as helpful tips, tricks, and tools to keeping their child safe online. Dinner and childcare were provided- thanks to the Louisville Library and LHS students.

Senior Connection

This was our first year offering our Senior Connection classes. We partnered with the Louisville YMCA to offer Dance Gold and Chair Yoga classes.

Paint & Sip with 4th Street Art

We're tipping our sparking-grapejuice-filled glasses to Louisville's own, 4th Street Art for creating an unforgettable experience for our families! The pumpkins they created were incredible and perfect for the fall season!

Wreath-Making Class

Our adult-only, wreath-making class allowed participants to create amazing holiday decorations. They started from a bare wreath ring, and turned it into a Pinterest-worthy creation! Thank you to our LCSD employees, Kristina and Alicia for the fun night out!

CPR with Louisville Fire Department

Thank you to our amazing Louisville Fire Department for providing this great learning experience for our community. They were able to learn safety protocols for adults, children, and infants when it comes to CPR!
