Facial Coverings

Facial coverings will be optional on Lousiville City School District buildings and grounds effective June 2, 2021. We will continue to communicate and update our parents throughout the summer regarding the 2021-2022 school year.

Personal Enrichment Courses Considered

Louisville Schools is investigating the possibility of offering various interest-based courses to help community members learn a new hobby or skill. School Greeter Program Volunteers

Louisville Schools is looking for volunteers to interact with students before school at each of its four buildings. The greeter’s primary duty is to be a friendly face as students arrive. Volunteers are needed on school days for approximately 20-30 minutes during morning arrival. Those interested can call the administration office at 330-875-1666 or email

Louisville Chosen for Legacy Project

 The Legacy Project of Stark was founded in 2015 to bring together and build small group mentoring relationships between fourth and eighth-grade students and members of their community. 

Community Wi-Fi Available

The Louisville School District has installed Wi-Fi access points outside of each school building and at Leopard Stadium. To join, access the lcsdguest network on an internet-capable electronic device and provide an email address.  No password is needed.    

LHS Named US News “Best High School” high school

Louisville High School was named a Best High School by U.S. News & World Report! The award places Louisville among the top high schools in the state of Ohio. This is the seventh straight year the high school has achieved this prestigious recognition.
