Please stop in at either North Nim or Louisville Elementary to register your child for kindergarten. Children who will turn 5 on or before August 1, 2019, are eligible to enroll in kindergarten.
Parents registering their children must bring the following: birth certificate, immunization record, child’s Social Security card, two current proofs of residency and custody papers (if applicable). The state of Ohio requires all children entering kindergarten have the following immunizations: five doses DPT (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus), four polio, three Hepatitis B, two MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and two doses of varicella (chickenpox) before the start of school.
North Nimishillen offers preschool for 3, 4, and 5 year olds (who are not of age to meet kindergarten entrance requirements). Morning and afternoon sessions are available. Classes are five days a week. If you have friends or family with a child who is of preschool age next year please share this with them. Please call the school office at 330.875.2661 today to come in and register!

Pop Tab Collections
The Nimishillen Grange is continuing to collect pop tabs for the Ohio State Grange Deaf and Hard of Hearing Committee. The money collected from recycling the tabs goes to several deaf schools in Ohio. Each class is challenged to collect the most tabs. The class with the most pop tabs will win a pizza party sponsored by the Grange. Total sheets are on display at both elementary buildings.
